A: Following your online ticket purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your transaction. Scroll down to the bottom of this email, and you'll find a link to download your ticket directly. Make sure to download and save your ticket on your phone, so it's ready to be scanned upon your arrival. You'll also receive a second email saying that your order is complete, and the ticket link can be found in the same place on that email as well.

Having trouble locating the email? Sometimes emails find their way into the spam folder, so be sure to check there as well. It will be sent from Orders@ticketsilver.com.

If, for some reason, you cannot find your ticket, don't worry. Just bring the credit card used for the purchase along with your ID, and provide the first and last name on the billing information at the entrance. Our staff can assist you by looking up your order. However, to keep the entry process quick and efficient for everyone, we highly recommend having your ticket ready to scan from your mobile device.
